This is not a nonsense post for ITCSales. I just want to share this experience with this online store. A friend in the UK had a problem on how to fix his Dell PC and he immediately called me.
But since I am in the Philippines and he is in far away United Kingdom, I can't effectively help him since I can't personally touch his PC. Even how hard I tried to explain the procedures, my friend can't still fix his PC.
Thankfully, when I asked him where did he buy his PC, he told me from ITCSales for about 2 years ago. It is far from its warranty period but I told my friend to just try to ask their technical staff about the matter. He did it so and to his surprise, the friendly technical personnel in the other line was all willing to help him in his problem. The ITCSales technician gave him the step by step procedure and my friend fixed his PC finally.
